This is real life. You are not alone.

Everyday she passes people and smiles…

He is struggling to leave his house.

Are you the lady that wants nothing more than to ensure everyone around you is happy only to be hiding the fact that the tiny straw tip you are breathing from is the only thing keeping you from drowning.

Or the person who has a great home, belongings, family and friends but no one knows that you’re struggling so bad that living paycheck to paycheck would be a step up.

He has $7 in his wallet for two weeks and was hoping not to spend it only to feel like he has money but ends up giving $5 to a homeless person.

The girl that feels the simple tasks of the everyday life she created for herself are extremely overwhelming but wont tell anyone or talk about it because “that’s life”.

You are not alone.

The single mom who is trying to project an image of what her life should be to other people while she cries herself to sleep every night just praying to get through it.

What about the chick that’s always the life of the party, having a great time and pays for everyone to join in on the good times as well who secretly sits in her room at the end of everyday wondering why she cant get back to herself and how it used to be.

The man that chases an idea of happiness for so long that even once he has convinced himself that he has finally reached it is still so miserable.

You are not alone.

People everywhere struggle with these things everyday. This is not taboo. This is real life.

The “perfect” wife and mom who has been so unhappy for so long, years, but doesn’t dare speak out because that’s not what life is supposed to be.

If you’ve ever felt this way before, you are not alone.

Talk to someone. Be that someone for another person. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

I am here. Whether we know each other or you had no clue I existed before reading this, please remember, I am here for you.

YOU ARE LOVED.

YOU ARE SPECIAL.

YOU ARE IMPORTANT.

YOU. ARE. NOT. ALONE.

The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart. – Helen Keller
