That’s right! My 16 before 32.
Just about everyday I am always speaking about things that I want to do. Not far off things, or things that I will probably never get to experience, but just little things that I have never done. I like to think that I have done and experienced quite a bit of things that maybe the average person hasn’t. But seeing this list may have me thinking otherwise real fast.
This July I turn 32 years old, YIKES! And I have decided to write a list of 16 things I want to do before I turn 32. And this is where it gets fun!
- Get a facial. I’ve never had one before and I am saying AT LEAST once a week how I want to go get one.
- Teach my boys how to surf. We have attempted this a few times but they were scared of being “too far out”, so now that they are pretty much fearless I am excited to do this with them.
- Go eat at SUR Restaurant in L.A. I know this one is superficial but I loooove Vanderpump Rules and Lisa Vanderpump and I’ve wanted to go there for some time now.
- Learn how to use DSLR. I am camera stupid. But I want to be able to take amazing photos.
- Help underprivileged students. I’m not sure how, but I want to create something or some way to help the underprivileged kids at my boys’ school.
- See orcas in the wild. What can I say, I’m a dreamer but this has always been one of the best.
- See my boys witness something amazing. Whether it be a new far away place, or a view to die for.
- Pinterest worthy. I want to have one space in my home completely decorated to my liking.
- Summit new heights. I want to summit a mountain this spring. Not too picky on which one.
- Have Kannyn potty trained. He will be 2 in August and I’d like to have this done early.
- PCT section hiking. Start hiking the PCT with my 2 older boys. That will definitely be an adventure.
- Obtain my passport. This is nothing spectacular but I want it, and hopefully I will need it soon!
- Take a solo or adults only trip to Disneyland Resort. I have NEVER been by myself or without my boys. That would be a much different but just as fun time, I can imagine!
- Get a trophy at Mud Volleyball Tourney. I don’t care what the trophy is for but damnit, this year, we are getting one Muddy Buddies!
- Family Vacation. I want plan and have a deposit put down on our first real family vacation.
- Finally, I am hoping to be pregnant with our 5th child! Woo!
There it is! My 16 before 32. I will be so excited to cross these off and make a new list for another year. Remember life isn’t always glamorous, rarely actually, but its always worth it. And I am loving life, one day at a time.
