Actually, they are always calling. And I always want to go.
I have been fond of the outdoors for as long as I can remember and really gotten into in in my adult years. About 6 or so years ago now, I discovered my love for hiking. Tried to go all the time. Little hikes, long hikes, huge elevation gains, flat desert scenes. I loved it and I still do. And I have dragged my boys and husband along most of the time and also everyone around me got more interested in joining the more they would see us go out. Although I haven’t done any big mountains, or spectacular hikes that are awe worthy yet, I definitely plan to.

I’ve been really wanting to get outside as well! Where is your favorite place to hike?
I like a good view. Right now, locally, just windwolves preserve and up in Glenville mountains. Its pretty. I love crossing creeks and seeing all kinds of different scenery.
When I was a teenager, my favourite thing to do outside was horse-riding. I didn’t have my own horse, but I went every week and helped to look after them before and after my lesson. Now I don’t do that, but I enjoy getting out into the countryside for a walk when I can. Not usually big hikes (although I did climb a mountain once), but just getting away from my desk and out into the fresh air.
I LOVE horseback riding. Have ridden since I was a little girl, and owned our own horses for a while. Its one of my favorite things to do as well!
